  • Notice regarding new payment method, Paymentwall
     

    Hello to all, it's LIPHOP!


    We newly added payment platform, named "Paymentwall", which is able to choose local payment method.

    Here are a few things that you need to be aware of it before using it.


    If you paid with Paymentwall for your order(s), below methods are not available to get refunded via original paid method.

    If you choose above payment methods and pay for your order, we can't proceed with the refund with original paid method, so paid amount will be refunded via reward points. 


    Please note on this when you are paying for your order.


    1. In the case of a full and partial refund due to Sold-Out item(s) 

    2. In the case of  a full and partial refund due to Change of mind 

    3. In the case of a full and partial refund due to Returned item(s)

    4. In the case of failed payment during order process due to Sold-Out item(s) or Systemic issues

       ㄴ In this case of No. 4., it is difficult for us to check the order details, so please contact to our CS representative through the inquiry board.

  • RETURN POLICY
     

    All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (for wrong shipped/defective items only).

    Once confirmed items must be returned within 10 days.


    Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).


    We don’t accept for returns and exchanges for change of mind.


    Liphop must be contacted via the Q and A Board before making any returns.

    When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number, product codes, and a written explanation to the Q and A Board.


    If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service within 7 days you receive your package.


    Liphop  will only accept returns of defective or wrongly shipped items and will bear the shipping costs.  

    If non-defective items are sent to Liphop along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


    Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

    The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

    • Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
    • Customized or handmade items.
    • Items that show traces of use, wash, or alterations.
    • Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.

      All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.

    You may cancel an order if the “preparing products” status remains for 10 days or longer


    Liphop  is not responsible for problems caused by the carelessness of buyers.  

    Items returned or exchanged that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by Liphop according to seller and buyer’s protection laws.  

    Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website.


    Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects. Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.


    All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts.  If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.

  • SHIPPING POLICY
     

    This is the shipping cost guide.


    $7.99 shipping on orders over $175

    $13.99 shipping on orders under $175


    You can check your shipping cost on your payment page.

     

    Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.  

    Shipping will take 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).

    If the item needs restocking, 5 - 10 working days will take for the preparation.

     

    The shipping schedule may vary depending on products, region of destination, etc.

    You can check the shipping status from the notification email.

    The first fulfillment email informs you that your order has been placed and will be ready to be placed.

    And there is no tracking number in the email.

    The second fulfillment email will tell you that your products have been shipped and that you can check your shipping status with your tracking number.


    LIPHOP use Fastbox, ACI for delivery.

    International shipments may be subject to VAT and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  

    All related fees which are charged by Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. 

     

    All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    Currently, orders up to 30kg can be delivered. However, the final delivery weight may change depending on the weight and size of each product. You can check the shipping cost on the payment page.

     

    We advise that you check the tracking invoice frequently, as may be difficult to put in an inquiry once 30 days has passed after the delivery is shown to be complete.

    If you still haven't received the package, please contact our customer service.

    After 30 days, the delivery is considered complete and it may be difficult to receive assistance.

     

    Under international law and local domestic law, LIPHOP may request a copy of your passport or ID for shipping companies if they randomly it request after ordering.

    If you do not want to share providing it, the parcel you purchased can be returned or discarded. In this case, we will refund only the price of the product excluding the shipping fee.

    Only Brazil and Chile Customers must write a TAX identification number before 'check out' the order.
